🔹 What do I receive with my purchase?

Depending on your order you’ll receive a standard or high-resolution digital file (PDF) inside of a Google Drive link that you can instantly download and print at home or with your favorite print shop. No physical product will be shipped.

🔹 How fast will I get my download?

Immediately. As soon as your payment is confirmed and processed, you’ll get a direct download link on the confirmation page and via email.

🔹 What size are the prints?

Each artwork is provided in standard-res poster format. You can upgrade to high-res and scale both resolutions to other sizes if needed. 

🔹 Can I print it on canvas, metal, or other materials?

Absolutely. These designs are made for impact, print them on paper, canvas, wood, fabric or anything your printer allows. Your space, your rules.

🔹 Can I get a refund?

Due to the nature of digital files, all sales are final. But if something went wrong or you didn’t get your download, contact us, we’ll make it right.

🔹 Where is my order? I haven’t received anything.

All our products are digital and are delivered directly to your email inbox within minutes after purchase.
If you can’t find the email, please check your Spam, Promotions, or Updates folders.
Still nothing? Message us at sanguischristi.info@gmail.com and state your order number starting with "#" we’ll send you your files manually, no problem.

🔹 I entered the wrong email / address. Can I update it?

Yes. Just send us your correct email address or updated shipping address, along with your order number (or the name/email you used at checkout).
We'll make sure you get what you ordered even if we have to send it manually.

🔹 How long does it take to receive my files?

Usually instantly via email. If there’s a delay (rare), it’s likely due to a technical glitch or a wrong email address.
Send us a quick message we’ll fix it right away.

🔹 I thought this was free. Why did I pay?

Many of our products (like our 100+ Icon Bundle) are listed as free, but as stated in our ads and before checkout, there’s a small processing fee to support delivery and hosting.

🔹 I can’t download the file it says the file is too large. What can I do?

Some of our sacred print collections are high resolution and may exceed the automatic download limit of certain devices, email clients, or browsers.
If you’re having trouble downloading the file:

✅ Here are 3 easy solutions:

  1. Try a different browser (e.g. Chrome, Safari, Firefox) on a desktop/laptop instead of mobile.

  2. Use a stable Wi-Fi connection, not mobile data — this helps with large files.

  3. Contact us directly at sanguischristi.info@gmail.com
    – and we’ll send you a direct manual download link via Google Drive or Dropbox.

No stress we’ll make sure you receive everything in full.

🔹 How can I print these at Walgreens or another service?

Walgreens and similar services sometimes don’t accept PDF files. You can try:

  • Taking a screenshot of the design and uploading it as an image.

  • Converting the PDF to JPG using an online tool.

  • Bringing the files on a USB stick to a local print shop.
